Second signatory of cheques Currently
don’t have a second signatory who is a member at the club. It was agreed to
appoint Jeremy Wright, Committee Member and Team Captain, as a signatory to
the Club Accounts in place of Former Chairman Peter Handley, who resigned
some time ago and whose present whereabouts is unknow. We also
confirm that Colin Michael Pugsley is an approved signatory for the Club’s
Barclays Accounts. |

Poles you push up (4m high) to full lighting
system -
£12-13,000 to £46,000 (3 courts) -
Considering bottom 2 courts + 1 top one
nearest the club house -
Agreed to go for planning permission for all
courts with the aim to get approved as minimum the bottom 2 courts and the
top 1 nearest the club house. -
It was agreed that we should get full lighting
system on the 2 bottom courts in the first instance, and then if/when funds
allow, start on the top courts. -
